Standard delivery with your order is free. giove.store does not meet the shipping costs of returned products.

Your orders are delivered by UPS. Delivery time may vary depending on your address. When your package is shipped from our company, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you used during the purchase. All our packages are insured upon delivery. Please make sure to accept your package during delivery. Giove.store does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is returned to the employee, giove.store has the right to charge the customer for re-delivery costs.

If you haven't received a tracking number, please check your spam / junk folder. If you do not know your tracking number or delivery status, please contact our customer service if they have not changed for several days on the shipping company's website. If you encounter any problems, giove.store will contact the shipping company to resolve the problem as quickly and as quickly as possible.

Each giove.store store is country specific and delivery to another country is not possible.

Deliveries can only be made to home or business addresses.
